21st Century Skills

Students of your generation are learning at lightning speed. Sometimes it feels as if we (teachers) are being left behind. As soon as a new technology comes out, students have already tried it and moved on to something else.

I would like to ask a couple of quetions:

Do you have internet access at home on 1) a computer; 2) a smart phone; 3) both.

Do you have access to an ipod or other MP3 player?

Have you ever blogged? If not, are you familiar with what a blog is? (You should be now, you are on one.)

Would you find collaborating with teachers and students on the internet helpful?

My First Blog

Ok, so here is my first blog. We have been encouraged by our Superintendant to use Blogs with our students. I am still in the process of deciding how I am going to use it. I did decide that the first thing I needed to do was create a Blog. My goal is for this to become a place where my students and I can discuss topics of interest dealing with Business Education. I am anxious to see where this leads us.
